Brooke Shields once inserted to the former President George Hw Bush And former first lady Barbara Bush in their bedroom after believed their home flooded.
On Thursday, Shields organized “today with Jenn and friends” with the grandson of the married couple, Jenna Bush Hager, and explained the observant moment in the older couple’s house in Kennebunkport, Maine.
About 15 years ago, the bushes called Shields to come home after they initially created a “sweet” friendship in the 80s.

“I did a movie in Boston and I receive a phone call – I’m not saying who he is – he literally says, ‘Excuse me, young lady, I hear you are in the area. If you don’t come to Kennebunkport, you’re in trouble, a young lady, “And of course, it was Pope Bush, so I brought my children and stayed there,” said the model.

So Shields packed his daughters, Rowan and Gier, and headed to the Walker’s Point Compound.
The trip went smoothly until Shields noticed the living room “flood” from the Ocean Water after he put his daughter to bed.

“I panic, aren’t I? And I’m thinking, ‘Oh, God, I have to tell someone, but no one is in the house!” She said.

“They had their little TV dinners, their little Barcaloungers, their little la-z-boys, and they watched [‘Law and Order’] ‘All.’ “
Shields joked that once she walked into the bedroom, she had her eyes because Barbara was “in a dress”.
“And I’m like,” I just want to tell you that I think the house may have flooded, but I think I realized it, “she told Hager from the moment, still covering her eyes as she recalled what happened.

Barbara was not alarmed and insisted that the shields were sitting between their chairs to end the TV episode.
“She’s like, ‘George, maybe Brooke can answer this question … ask her, ask her. “He goes,” Well, who do you think he did? “Shields said.

“I was like,” This is a moment of my life that was so special, “Shields recalled.
Hager thanked Shields for the story of his grandparents. Bushevi died several months separately in 2018.
“I never had a grandfather, and since I was pretty young, he [George] I would give me a boy’s advice and be like, ‘OK, I like it. I don’t like this one, “so I was a very sweet relationship I needed to have, and I didn’t have anyone,” Shields said.
