The passerby shared with the deputies of the altercation and claimed that he could hear Turner calling racial snacks victims and then jumps from behind, according to a police report that Fox News Digital received and examined.

The MPs examined the video and confirmed that the victim was lying down in the sand, and Turner became the back and hit the victim at the back of the head with a squeezed fist.

The footage then showed that Turner grabbed a hair victim on the back of the head, pressing it in the sand, according to the report.

Turner then raised the victim’s head and seemed to bite the sacrifice of the ear, causing “a traumatic amputation of auriculation,” the report said.

MPs also learned that the victim and Turner knew themselves.

Turner was arrested for charges of criminal offense and reserved in Lee County Prison. It was not immediately clear if he had a lawyer.

Sheriff’s office said the victim is currently receiving medical treatment and seeing him a specialist in his injuries.

The spokeswoman for the department shared the statement of the Sheriff of the County of Lee Carmine Marceno with Fox News Digital, who said there was a “zero tolerance to violence” on their beach.

“Sheriff Carmine Marceno has a zero tolerance for violence of any kind! Fort Myers Beach will still remain safe for all visitors and residents of Lee County!” The statement read.

The agency said that in response to a quarrel, additional deputies would patrol the Fort Myers beach to “ensure the safety and safety of all”.
