Trump administration ends program to track kidnapped Ukrainian children in Russia, lawmakers say

The US State Department has completed the funds for monitoring the thousands of Ukrainian children abducted, and the US data database with victims may have been deleted, according to a letter planned by US MPs who will send the administration officers on Wednesday.
