Transgender troops file third lawsuit against Trump admin over military ban: ‘In jeopardy’


Two transgender members of the military servicewho have both undergone sex from females to men, leading Trump’s administration to court because of executive commands that he not only banned transgender individuals to serve in the army, but also admit only two sexes, male and female.

The lawsuit continues that the executive command means that “the future is submitted in aviation in danger” because they have been put on administrative leave unless they serve as their biological gender.

“However, it is not possible for any prosecutor serving as a woman because each medically crossed and lived as a man,” the lawsuit said.

“Simply put, the General of Ireland and the sergeant of the Bada have a constitutional right not to separate from the military service based on their transgender status, a characteristic that has nothing to do with their fitness or ability to serve,” the lawsuit reads.

Both members of the service began their gender crossing more than 10 years ago and have since collected several honorable recognitions while serving in the military, according to court documents. Both aircraft compete that their long career will hit their lives and families if they are forced to resign.

This is the third lawsuit that Trump’s administration is affected by his transgender military order, and one of at least 12 others against Trump’s “Two Sex” order. The lawsuit requires a court to block Trump’s command to enter into force, which, if awarded, would add a bunch of environmental judges who have prepared several Trump’s executive orders.
