Turner stopped the vehicle at El Evad Road and Zuni Lane and fled on foot. Turner was then caught and detained.”
Police says Turner has been charged with a murder in a drunken vehicle and failure causing death or serious injury.

Dicus told reporters on Monday night that Turner had been previously arrested for avoiding police in Rialto, and also caused the crusade to be the implementation of the law of collision with a citizen.
