The incident occurred after several small drones, which were part of a holiday parade, collided and crashed into a crowd on Saturday 21 December, the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) said.
In a statement, Sky Elements Drones said it is working with the FAA and the city of Orlando, Florida, authorities to “find out the cause and is committed to finding out exactly what happened”.
The second drone mission that night was aborted. The FAA has opened an investigation.
