About 4,000 Ministry of Defense (DOD) Employees have received notifications of termination this week while Trump’s administration is moving forward with plans to reduce the federal government.
ABC News reported that another 31,000 civilian employees, 3.5% of the total civilian workforce, filed a resignation request at the E -Profession Office.
Some of these requirements will be rejected because these employees are exempt, according to the report. So far, there are 11,000 those who have resigned have accepted their requirements.
