The Government of Indiana Mike Braun on Tuesday signed an executive order to ban transgender athletes to compete in women’s faculty sports. He was joined by his ex San Jose State University University Volleyball Elle Patterson player, who claims she lost her scholarship for a trans -athorist.
Braun said his command ensured Righteousness in women’s sport in an informative edition.
“Women’s sports create opportunities for young women to earn scholarships and develop leadership skills,” Braun said. “Hoosiers predominantly do not want those options destroyed by allowing biological males to compete in women’s sports, and today’s executive command will take care of that.”
The command says: “This executive command obliges the state educational institutions of Indiana to be in line with the IX 2020 title, not the reinterpretation of Biden in 2024, which expanded protection on the basis of a self-admitted, which is constantly changing the new idea of” gejan identity “.

“The command ensures that athletes in college sports are not forced to compete against biological males, maintaining the integrity of women’s athletics and protection of opportunities for women in sports leagues only for women.”
Braun then signed another executive order that “rejects an extreme gender ideology in favor of the scientific reality of biological sex” enhancing the legal definitions of Indiana for “sex”, “gender”, “women”, “male”, “citizen”, “individual” and “person”.
“Today’s executive command will end every confusion about the politics of our country on this issue, so we can focus on my goal to secure freedom and opportunity for all Hoosiers,” Braun said after signing another order.
Braun honored Patterson while signing. In November, Patterson joined a lawsuit against the SJSU conference Mountain West with 10 other conference players and one former auxiliary coach for handling a transgender player Blaire Fleming.
Patterson claims that the University did not meet the previous verbal scholarships for the 2023 and 2024 season. Patterson says she even paid for full education to play in 2023 after she was told she would receive a scholarship for 2024. However, the program did not seem in that offer either, she claims, while Fleming got a full scholarship.

“Ultimately, Patterson informed the associated main coach of Batie-Smoose and the main coach Todd Kress that he was financially unable to pay full education, room and board at the 2024 SJSU and therefore he would not be able to return to the team without a scholarship,” the state of documents.
“Still, Todd Kress was firm in his position that Patterson would not get a scholarship to play on the SJSU 2024 team, and that Fleming would get a complete scholarship to play in the SJSU team.”

Braun expressed sympathy for Patterson during Tuesday.
“It’s just wrong, and leaders need to be advocated for young women like Elle,” Braun said. “We need to protect their physical security and great options that come with this athletic excellence.”
Order comes only the day after American Senate He failed to undergo the protection of women and girls in a sports act. Despite the Republican majority received 51 votes, Democrats against him with 45 votes against him.
President Donald Trump has signed an executive order to ban transgender athletes to compete in women’s sports on February 5th. However, some countries led by the Democrat have so far refused to follow the orders.
Braun took steps to ensure that this did not happen in his country, joining the Idah Government to Brad Little, who signed a similar executive order in August.
