Listening to the address of US vice-president JD Vans in Munich and seeing the results of the next German parliamentary elections, I was reminded of East Berlin in the 5th and the fall of the Communist governance system across Eastern Europe. In the last weeks of the Soviet Empire in Europe, reformist Soviet leader Mikhail Gorbachev told his hard -fan East German comrades that they were at risk of the wrong direction of history and “the danger awaits for those who do not react to the true world”. Vans gave a similar speech, told Europeans that they were on the wrong side of President Donald Trump. However, this message did not have the expected effect.

It turns out that Germany’s radical left-wing dye link is not a right-right alternative to Germany, he was the main beneficiary of Elon Mask’s social media post and Vans. Another unexpected result was that Germany probably the next Chancellor Fredrich Merraz was transformed from an old -fashioned Atlantist to an European Gaulist overnight. After the direct vote, Merge announced his preparations to fight for Europe’s independence from the United States.

The Trumpian Revolution has already changed the nature of European politics. Within two months during the tenure of the new White House administration, the European political scene has been converted into a clash between the Trump-friendly revolutionaries and the Trump-resistant “Do not kill us”. To justify Trump’s expected tariff in Europe, this week is now in favor of current rights to threaten 25 percent this week and to follow Washington’s leadership in Europeans’ foreign policy. On the contrary, mainstream parties are acting as a defender of national sovereignty who are hoping to combine support by appealing to national interest and national dignity.

The Munich Conference should be taken seriously (money, literally) or literally (money, not seriously) to stop the heated controversy. Now we know that he should be taken both seriously and literally. Russian President Vladimir Putin has properly observed, Trump “not just say what he thinks, but he says what he wants”. His comments on taking control of the Greenland or the Panama Canal are not a signal, but presents the intention. The US President is convinced that Canada’s strategic interest is in the 5th US state. He strongly believes that he can divide Russia from China and he blamed America’s “deep state” to prevent it in his first term.

In this context, Europeans are wasting valuable time to think what Trump’s plan for Ukraine will be and what will happen at the negotiating table.

The first and foremost recognition of Trump’s rights recognizes that it is a revolutionary government in Washington, though it is organized as an empire court. There is never a detailed plan in the revolutions. They are driven by schedule: Meet the moments; Do not project the step forward. It is unclear what Trump wants to achieve in his discussion with Putin, but he wants to achieve something very big and he wants to achieve it fast, very quickly.

What Trump offers to Putin is not just the possibility of ending the Ukraine war in the vastly favorable conditions for Moscow, but also a great bid for the world to rebuild the world. These include the presence of American Europe and the Middle East and Artic. Trump has promised Putin that Russia will be re -integrated in the worldwide economy and will return the status of a great power in Moscow in the decade of Moscow. Trump hopes it will persuade Russia to cope with China. The United States rejection of the United Nations vote to condemn Russia’s aggression in Ukraine has shocked some of the president’s dedicated praise. However, it was meant to induce Kremlin that the American leader was ready to imagine – and in the late sixties, Ronald Reagan and Gorbachev reconstructed the world.

What will happen to Trump’s revolutionary dream is a separate question. It is one of the satiricals of history that Russians are giving Trump’s view of the world with the retrieval Determination determination, which reacts to Gorbachev about 40 years ago. Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov said today, US Defense Secretary Dick Cheeni said in 1: “We have to gambling against our country’s protection on what the temporary anger in the behavior of our leading opponents.”

George Orwell once observed that “all revolution failure, but not all they are the same failure”. We do not know what kind of failure to the Trumpian Revolution. However, the best strategy that teaches us is not to resist the revolutionaries but to hijack their revolution. In doing so, the success of Europe will not depend on the power of resistance in most cases but will depend on displaying a talent for surprise. Can Europe find any ways to benefit from the US-Russian negotiating table? Does Trump have to own Ukraine and his great peace plan to implement it?

At a moment of existence as the present, there is a valuable resource for the weak party that stands: political imagination.
