“Call NCAA on the table and tell them to put politics in the trash can, burn it and start over and over,” she said “Fox & Friends” on Wednesday.
Jones was among the critics who insisted that this policy does not go far enough or establish a clear enough obstacles to the protection of women’s athletes in the faculty ranks. The most common criticism was that politics allegedly allows trances to go bypassing the limit by changing gender on their native list.
In the United States, 44 countries allow their natives to change their native gender. The only states that do not allow this are Florida, Texas, Kansas, Oklahoma, Tennessee and Montana. In the meantime, there are 14 countries that allow gender change on the native list without the necessary medical documentation, including California, New York, Massachusetts and Michigan.
The NCAA has announced a statement by Fox News Digital that the management body will not allow transcends to be competed in the athletes in the women’s category based on changed gender lists.
“The politics is clear that there is no renunciation at the disposal, and the athletes who have been assigned to men at birth may not compete in the women’s team with modified gender leaves or other forms of ID,” said a spokesman.

Jones said NCAA needed two things to become “absolutely mandatory”.
“The first, they have to decide that membership in the women’s team is solely for student athletes,” she said. “Second, there must be a mechanism of a rehearsal to ensure that no male athletes can cross that barrier.”
She made it clear that Trump’s order “without men in women’s sport” is far from firming.
“It’s not a remote job,” she added. “The policy published by NCAA has no responsibility and supervision from NCAA. There is no clear language that limits membership in the women’s team only on athletes and has no mechanism for the piercing of sex.”
In terms of trance of athletes who exercise in the women’s team, NCAA considers the players of male practices “main” women’s sports.
“The players of men’s practices have been in college sports for decades, especially in women’s basketball, and the association will continue to explain it in politics,” a spokesman said.
However, the benefits that have been extended to transcends practicing in the women’s team do not include scholarships, for Fox News Digital, is a well -known source.

These specifics are currently not listed on the official website of NCAA policy, as it does not apply to special references to the amendments to the birth certificate or amendments, or female scholarships that will exceed the athletes.
