First on the fox: The Ministry of Justice is moving to reject federal accusations against New York Mayor Eric Adams, Fox News learned.
The act of Deputy State Attorney Emil Bove sent a letter to the actor of the US lawyer for southern District of New York (SDNY) on Monday, instructing SDNY to give up the federal case against Adams and reject him without prejudice.

Adams was charged in September of charges, including bribery, seeking contributions to foreign nationals, wire fraud and conspiracy campaigns. He declared that he was not guilty of all charges.
Fox News received the memo of Bove by an acting of an American lawyer for southern New York district called “The release without the prejudice of the criminal prosecution of Mayor Eric Adams.”

“You are addressed, as authorized by the Attorney General, to reject charges of waiting in the United States against Adams … As soon as it is feasible, in accordance with the following conditions: the defendant must be agreed in writing without prejudice; the defendant must agree that he is not in writing that he is not in writing The prevailing party according to Amendman Hyde … and the matter will be reviewed by a confirmed American lawyer in the southern district of New York, after the Mayor’s election in November 2025, based on the consideration of all relevant factors, “” Bove wrote in the letter.
“The Ministry of Justice has reached this conclusion without evaluating the power of evidence or legal theories on which the case is based, which is the questions we are currently disposing about to the US law office,” Bove continued. “Furthermore, as I said during our recent meetings, this directive does not in any way question the integrity and efforts of the line prosecutors responsible for the case or your efforts in conducting these prosecutors about what you inherited.”
Bove added: “However, the Ministry of Justice found that the release of subject to the subjects described above required for two independent reasons.”
Bove also said that “the time of charges and newer public actions of the former US lawyer responsible for launching the case has threatened the integrity of the procedure, including the increase in pre -growled excessive publicity that risks to influence the potential witnesses and the jury pool.”
“It cannot be neglected that Mayor Adams criticized the immigration policy of previous administration before charging the charges, and the public actions of the former US lawyer created the appearance of inappropriateness that imply the concern set in the Municipal Attorney General regarding the renewal of integrity and credibility of the Ministry of Justice, as well as in the executive order 14147, called “The weapon of the federal government weapons,” Bove wrote.

“These actions and fundamental case also improperly interfere with the campaign of Mayor Adams in the 2025 mayor’s elections,” he added.
Bove also said that the persecution that was in progress “unnecessarily limited Mayor Adam’s ability to pay full attention and resources with illegal immigration and violent crime that escalated in the policies of the previous administration.”
“We are particularly concerned about the impact of Mayor Adam’s ability to support the critical, liquid federal efforts to ‘protect the American people from the catastrophic effects of illegal mass migration and relocation,” Bove wrote, pointing to the executive order.

Bove’s memorandum comes after he and top -notch Doy officials have recently met with lawyers who represented Adams at the Ministry of Justice.
Adams also met with Trump in MAR-A-LAGA in Florida before his inauguration last month.
In December, Adams suggested that he was charged after talking against the immigration policy of Biden.
During an interview with Fox News’, Martha Maccallum in the “story” in December, Adams said, “I have not violated the law.”
“I didn’t do anything wrong. I live my life that way,” Adams said. “And so I will continue to live my life.”

The charges rejection is also coming after the Pam Bonda Attorney General founded a weapon working group last week, which will review the activities of all law agencies in the last four years to determine the cases of “politicized justice”.
