King Charles III will resume cancer treatment in 2025, Fox News Digital has confirmed.
With His Majesty battling an undisclosed form of cancer for almost a year, his health is moving “in a very positive direction”, according to People magazine.
Charles’ cancer treatment remains “under control” and his “treatment cycle will continue next year,” Buckingham Palace a source told the paper.

As Charles, 76, continues his journey with cancer, he plans to continue with his public work duties as he has travel arrangements around the UK and abroad in the new year.
It is unclear what kind treatment Charles receives during his battle with cancer.
However, Ms Laura Lee, chief executive of cancer charity Maggie’s, of which Queen Camilla is a patron, said Charles’ treatments were not abnormal.

“It’s very common for treatment to take a very long time, like the treatment that the Princess of Wales went through, which is an intensive treatment period of a year,” Lee explained to Sky News. “Then it gets to the point where it’s at the end, and she’s recovering from some of the effects of her treatment.
“So we have immunotherapy, chemotherapy, surgery, hormone therapy. There are various different treatment modalities. And so it’s not surprising at all,” she told the news outlet.

As Charles continues his battle with cancer, he is preparing for Christmas surrounded by several members of the royal family.

The update on the monarch’s health comes nearly a year after he was diagnosed with the disease.
Buckingham Palace announced that King Charles III was diagnosed with cancer in February.
“During the King’s recent hospital procedure for a benign prostate enlargement, a separate matter of concern was noted,” Buckingham Palace said in a statement at the time. “Subsequent diagnostic tests identified a form of cancer.”

Shortly after, the palace revealed that the Princess of Wales was also battling cancer.
Kate Middleton underwent planned abdominal surgery when her condition was determined not to be “cancerous”. However, further tests showed that “the cancer was present.” Her medical team advised her to start chemotherapy.
