Thieves use explosives to steal gold ‘masterpieces’ from Dutch museum

Four antique machines were stolen from a Dutch museum in the early hours of the morning.

Thieves used explosives to break into the dreum museum in Caum, which was hosting an exhibition of Jewish gold and silver jewelry.

He left with three Diacian bracelets and a copy of the exhibit – the amazingly decorated COTOFERYI helmet, which was made about 2,500 years ago.

The Romanian Ministry has promised to remove all traces of the stolen items, which were exposed to the Dutch Museum from Bucharest.

Police were called to the scene after the explosion at 03:45 local time (04:45 gmt) on Saturday.
