12 people stabbed at Germany train station, suspect arrested: police – National

An attacker stood people in the central railway station in the central railway station in the German City Hamburg, wired 12 people – six of them critical, said authorities.

The person attacked people with a knife on the platform between track between tracks 13 and 14 in the station, according to police. They said on social network x that a defendant was arrested, but did not give details.

Hamburg’s Facilist said that six people persists life threatening injuries, while there were still a three seriously injured and three had slight injuries, German news agencies reported.

The Downtown Hamburg station, Germany’s second-largest city, is a major hub for local, regional and long distance trains. Police is part of the complex.
